tannins and notes of fruit
(blueberry and blackcurrant jams)
over a background of rich vegetal
and spicy tones (clove, tobacco,
pepper). Barrel ageing has added
touches of vanilla and smoke.
Perfect with pates, roast duck,
rice dishes with meat, cold cuts,
roast or braised beef, vegetable
stews and casseroles or lamb.
