combined with an underlying mineral
chalk and crushed herb note. This
wine has a crisp, elegant and
refreshing palate with strong
flavours of passion fruit and the
cleansing acidity of grapefruit.
The palate is intensely
concentrated with a mouth-filling
and well-balanced palate and a
lingering finish. A perfect match
with seafood such oysters, prawns
or scallops. Also ideal with
vegetarian cuisine, especially
those dishes with feta cheese.
