A fat, pungent Oloroso of some class,
the dark rum and truffle flavours are
offset by a raisiny softness. The
glycerinic mouthfeel might suggest
some sweetness but in fact this is a
dry-as-it-was-born Oloroso. A big
fella for a late night tipple in
front of the TV or try after a meal
with raisins and fresh-roasted nuts.
