silky tannins. Concentrated fruit
aromas of cherry, dark plums, and
blackberries, linger in the mouth
through the long velvet finish.
While the fruit is always evident
this is a wonderfully complex wine
with hints of wild mushroom,
coffee, vanilla, clove, and the
sweet, vanilla notes of toasted
oak. The tannic structure is both
substantial, insuring age ability,
and round making for a supple mouth
