According to Indian Mythology, when Gods and the Rakshas - the demons - churned the oceans using mountain Menu as churner a golden pot sprang out containing the Elixir of Life. That was called the "Amrut" The great founders of our Distillery optly named it Amrit Distilleries. This whisky - enjoyed as aperitf and as digestive has mild cloudiness upon dilution, which is matured for all classic malts. Amrut presents this product as a humble tribute to the Indian Farmer, who has grown this grain with care and affection with which he has tilled the soil.
