previous bottlings, leading into a
slightly bitter finish of citrus
rind, lime zest and wet stone.
A light-weight, delicate bubbly,
with floral and apple notes married
to a lithe and lively profile. It
has moderate length. Ideal as an
aperitif. Drink now.

Perfect as an aperitif, it also
goes very well with food.
