Medium ruby in colour, this wine
has very seductive aromas of black
cherry, red liquorice, clove,
sandalwood and hints of black
pepper. The flavours are rich, and
beautifully wrapped around a soft
and full bodied mouth. Rich dark
flavours of black plum, black
cherry, star anise with just a hint
of vanilla are showcased in this
dark, almost brooding style of
Zinfandel. The bright, rich fruit
flavours are well balanced and
stand up to the ripe style due to
the richness of body and structure.
