Dark cherry colour with good depth
and few signs of evolution. On the
nose it is very expressive, with
balsamic aromas, hints of leather,
black pepper, coffee, blackberries
and a very pleasant vanilla base.
Full bodied on the initial
impression in the mouth, with a lot
of backbone and the presence of
dense but rounded tannins. Passage
through the mouth is fresh and
fruity, with good volume and a long
finish. A wine with greater body
than more traditional Chirels, but
still true to the style and easy to
drink.
