Covered cherry wine. Balsamic aroma
with notes of ripe fruit, complex
and spicy. The palate is fresh and
light attack, with soft tannins and
round. The finish is lingering,
with a toasted oak remember. The
passage in the mouth is nice, easy
to drink, fresh and elegant. This
wine pairs well with ham, cheese
not so cured, stews and sauces not
too spicy, boiled or stewed
vegetables, poultry, red meats,
grilled meats and roasts.
