and intense bouquet, with nuances
of fruits and vegetables, liquorice
and tar. Full-flavoured, rich,
complex and majestic on the palate,
with fruit and vegetable tones in
which wild cherry plays an
important role. The finish is long
and reminiscent of bitter cherries.
With age, the flavour will become
more broadly spicy, with
hints of dried herbs.
