reminiscent of lavender and citrus
fruit peel appear amongst pleasant
notes of roasting, woodland
undergrowth and sandalwood. Very
concentrated on the palate with
rounded, sweet tannins and a
prolonged finish. Excellent with
game, lamb stews and also with
pressed cheeses.
