Very pale straw yellow with bright
green reflections. Strong bouquet
on the nose of rose petals and
orange blossom with fruity hints of
lemon peel and peaches. Very fresh
on the plate with a good acidity to
perfectly balance the ripe fruit
and body.
Fresh and aromatic, medium weight;
excellent with stronger flavoured
fish (tuna and shellfish), white
meats and grilled vegetables. Very
good with oriental food,
particularly sushi and sashimi.
