NEW Tapas Sauces

The Tapas Sauces from Spain have arrived! 

Founded by the López family over 50 years ago there's no doubting the authenticity and popularity of their classic range of recipes. Anyone familar with Spanish cuisine and the joys of tapas bars will love the rich and distinctive flavours of such sauces as Salsa Brava, Chimichurri, Alioli, Salsa Verde and Mojo Picón.



Garlic and Lemon Sauce
The main ingredients are olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic and lemon.

Alioli is an essential condiment in the Spanish gastronomy. It is normally used to season some meals, especially meats or seafood. This mild sauce adds an extra tasty flavour. This sauce is a perfect ally for fish rice or for the genuine delicacy Arroz banda, fish rice typical of the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
Tomato, Pepper, and Chilli Sauce

The main ingredients are tomato, olive oil, sunflower oil, onion, red bell pepper, chilli, salt and spices.

Brava, a spicy sauce originally from Spain, is used to make the well-known Patatas bravas.
Patatas bravas is a warm meal made of fried potatos and this spicy sauce.
Lemon, Honey, and Pepper Sauce

The main ingredients are olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic, lemon, honey, red bell pepper, chili, salt and other spices.

Chimichurri sauce is used as accompaniment to roast meat. This spicy sauce is mostly liquid and is used especially to accompany roast meats, dress salads or marinate poultry meat and fish.
Pepper and Tomato Sauce

The main ingredients are vegetables, sunflower oil, tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic and spices.

Mojo Picón is perfect for dressing roast and grilled meats. Moreover, it is great to dip nachos and fries or baked potatoes. Papas arrugás are made with mojo picón and is one of the most valued tapa worldwide.
Parsley and Garlic Sauce

The main ingredients are vegetables, sunflower oil, garlic, and parsley.

Salsa verde is a fantastic dressing for seafood and poultry meats like chicken and turkey. It is one of the essential components in Merluza verde (hake in green sauce) and Chipirones plancha (grilled squid with green sauce).
