 This 15th Edition continues that tradition, crafted from barley harvested in 2014 and 2015 and matured for nine years before bottling at 50% ABV. Non-chill filtered and with no added colour, it’s a whisky that speaks directly of its place, maritime, windswept and unmistakably Islay. |
 Tasting Notes Nose: Vanilla, tropical fruits, fresh hay, and toasted oak with grassy notes and salted butter. Palate: Milk chocolate, salted caramel, and fresh peat smoke mingle with candied citrus fruits, lemon, ripe pear, and a touch of white pepper. Finish: Lingering maritime peat smoke balanced by fresh fruits and honied sweetness. |
