 This whisky has spent its entire life maturing in Oloroso sherry butts, giving it a deep, russet colour and layers of rich flavour. Expect notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and roasted nuts, all wrapped around Kilchoman’s signature peat smoke and maritime warmth. Bottled at 50% ABV and non-chill filtered, this is Kilchoman at its most natural and expressive No shortcuts, no colouring, no compromise. |
