NEW to Campbell's : Extra Virgin Olive Oils
04 February, 2026

From vineyard to olive grove.

These artisan olive oils are from two wine producers you may already know and trust... Esporao in Portugal and Zuccardi in Argentina. Both estates are better known for their wines, but their approach to olive oil is much the same: careful farming, respect for the land and flavour above all else. Olives are harvested early, pressed quickly and handled with the same precision you’d expect from a good vintage.

Herdade Do Esporão
DOP Norte Alentejano Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Esperao is a masterclass in Portuguese viticulture and olive production. Sourced from the high-altitude groves of North Alentejo, this olive oil benefits from the region's unique microclimate, resulting in an exceptionally balanced profile. It leads with aromas of freshly cut grass and green apples, followed by a buttery texture on the palate and a characteristic, spicy kick of white pepper on the finish. Because this is an organic, PDO-certified oil, it is best used as a 'finishing' element. Drizzle it over grilled white fish, seasonal vegetables, or a simple tomato salad to allow its vibrant, grassy character to shine. It is the culinary equivalent of a crisp, mineral-driven white wine.

Herdade Do Esporão
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This smooth and harmonious Herdade Do Esporão Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a good balance of fruity aromas typical of Alentejo olives, produced primarily from the Galega variety, under organic production methods. Fresh and complex, it boasts grassy aromas of green apple, green and ripe tomato, rocket and banana peel with a peppery finish.

Zuccardi Arauco
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Produced by the visionary Zuccardi family in the Maipú region of Mendoza, this is a "bonafide" expression of the Arauco olive. Much like the Malbec grape, Arauco has found its spiritual home in Argentina, producing an oil of extraordinary character and structural intensity. Harvested at the peak of freshness, the olives are cold-pressed within hours to preserve their high antioxidant content and vibrant sensory profile. On the nose, this oil is an explosion of green - think tomato leaf, fresh-cut grass, and green almond. On the palate, it is remarkably complex: starting with a delicate fruitiness that quickly gives way to a sophisticated bitterness and a signature long, peppery finish. This is a "finishing oil" in the truest sense. It is designed to stand up to bold flavours - drizzle it over grilled ribeye, aged Manchego, or a vibrant tomato and chimichurri salad.

Zuccardi Arauco
Organic Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Each year, the Zuccardi family of Mendoza, Argentina evaluates their different cultivars—Picual, Genovesa, Arauco, and Coratina—and blends varying concentrations of each according to the particular year’s harvest characteristics. This helps them achieve a consistent style while still capturing the unique terroir of their land. Their current harvest extra virgin olive oil delivers strong grassy aromas of green tea with notes of dark, leafy greens and a peppery finish. A delicate to medium-intensity oil.
