Latest Additions: Springbank & Friends from Campbeltown
09 February, 2026

Our latest allocation from Springbank Distillery has just arrived upstairs.

As ever with Springbank and its sibling labels, what you see is what we've got, small numbers, no restocks and once they’re gone, they’re gone!

**Very limited stock. Available in-store from 7.2.26, while stocks last.**

Campbeltown Loch Blended Malt

Style: Coastal, gently smoky, everyday Campbeltown character

Nose: Sea breeze, lemon peel, honeyed malt, a touch of soft peat smoke
Palate: Butterscotch, digestive biscuit, salted caramel, orchard fruit
Finish: Drying, lightly briny, faint bonfire ash

A brilliant introduction to the Campbeltown style... savoury, maritime, quietly complex. The sort of bottle that disappears faster than you expect.

Kilkerran 8 Year Old Bourbon Cask Strength

Style: Big, bold, unapologetic

Nose: Vanilla fudge, pineapple cubes, fresh oak, lemon oil
Palate: Creamy caramel, pepper heat, coconut, charred wood
Finish: Powerful, warming, sweet oak and spice

Natural strength and full throttle. Add water and it blossoms into tropical fruit and custard. For those who like their whisky with a bit of muscle.

Kilkerran 12 Year Old

Style: Classic, balanced, lightly smoky malt

Nose: Baked apple, vanilla custard, malt loaf, gentle peat
Palate: Toffee, citrus zest, shortbread, soft spice
Finish: Long, malty, faint smoke and oak dryness

Textbook Kilkerran... layered, elegant and quietly old-school. A proper “sit and think” dram.

Longrow Distillery Peated

Style: Heavily peated, coastal smoke

Nose: Wood smoke, iodine, salted butter, lemon rind
Palate: Ash, toasted barley, black pepper, smoked ham
Finish: Dry, earthy peat, lingering maritime salinity

Campbeltown peat is different from Islay, more savoury, less medicinal. Smoky, salty, food-friendly. Fantastic with cheese or charcuterie.

Springbank 5 Year Old 100 Proof

Style: Youthful, punchy, characterful

Nose: Sweet malt, pear drops, vanilla cream, earthy funk
Palate: Honeycomb, spice, oily texture, citrus peel
Finish: Dry, warming, slightly smoky

Young Springbank turned up loud. All the distillery’s funky, oily character... just brighter and more energetic. Great fun.

Springbank 10 Year Old

Style: The benchmark

Nose: Malt, toffee, citrus, sea spray, soft peat
Palate: Caramel, hazelnut, gentle smoke, dried fruit
Finish: Long, balanced, slightly salty sweetness

If you only buy one Springbank, this is the one. Beautifully balanced, sweet, smoky, coastal and complex without ever trying too hard.
