 JD’s Hot Honey began in 2021, when founder Jade Dawson and her husband became obsessed with making homemade Neapolitan pizzas during lockdown. Feeling that something was missing, Jade started experimenting with real honey and fiery red chillies on her kitchen counter. A few experiments later, JD’s Hot Honey was born and the pizzas were never quite the same again. Our advice? Pick up a bottle… then try not to put it on everything! |
