What to Expect in the Glass Springbank's official tasting notes describe a bright, vibrant nose of green apples, gorse, wine gums and mineral notes. On the palate, a touch of peat smoke is balanced by sweet icing sugar and white chocolate, alongside more unusual notes of tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil. The finish brings a lovely combination of honey and gooseberries.
